Manufacturing Group - Growing from Strength to Strength

1993: Kah Dat Metal Manufacturing established in Hong Kong, incorporated SMK Metal Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co Ltd as a production centre.

1995: SMK increased total investment to USD5 million.

1996: SMK obtained ISO9002 certification from Lloyds Registration.

1998: SMK further increased total investment to USD7 million.

1999: SMK introduced Auto Spray Painting and Silk Screening Lines, and MIS was fully implemented for logistics and production control.

2003: The establishment of Tianjin SMK Metal & Plastic Manufacturing Co Ltd. Production started in April. Certified ISO 9001 in December 2003.

2004: SMK (Shenzhen) relocated at a 48,800 square meters plant in Shajing, China to cater to increasing volume.

2005: Introduced state-of the-art plastic injection molding machines (ranging from 50-550T equipped with special harden screw for glass fibre material).

2006: Adding 650-850T injection molding machines to its production line.
