Kah Dat’s metal stamping capabilities are rooted in high-precision technology. Our expertise in design and manufacturing allows us to provide assembly options that include staking and PEM insertion, in-die tapping and in-tool assembly. Our metal casing works include spray painting and silk screening of top shield, bottom chassis, back and front panel; copier machine, main frame and spare parts.

We work using a wide range of industrial metals and we have the capacity to source for these. Kah Dat has over 50 presses with machine capability ranging from 45-300T for a wide range of stamping applications. These presses are utilised by volume production of parts.

Secondary processes are available to meet additional press production requirements, enabling us to provide completed parts to our customers quickly and efficiently. We constantly upgrade our equipment to meet the ever increasing demands of the industry.
