Department at SMK
The
tooling department is driven by SMK’s innovative philosophy
of continuous improvement, increasing overall efficiency, building
employees’ skill and taking quality to higher levels. This
philosophy is at the core of SMK’s design and planning.
Using
highly sophisticated software such as CAD and CAM, SMK provides
the best solutions to meet design requirements. We are able to
design and fabricate tools of up to 3 meters Progressive tools
and small precision high speed tools at 800-1,000 strokes/min.
In
addition, our experienced engineering department of more than
30 years, is able to provide good and sound technical support.
Thus, our customers stand to gain just-in-time part inventories,
quick production ramp-ups and product changeovers, higher quality
products, along with savings in both time and money.
